Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hunch (the “Service”), operated by Hunch. By purchasing a plan or creating an account you agree to them.

1. What Hunch is

Hunch provides information and opinions about prediction markets. It is not financial, investment or gambling advice, and it does not place bets on your behalf. Markets can and do resolve against any pick. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use prediction markets where you live. Hunch is not available where prohibited.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout (weekly or monthly) until cancelled. Payments are processed by Whop; the charge on your statement will reference Whop. Introductory prices apply to the first billing period only, after which the standard price for that plan applies.

Cancel any time from your Whop account. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

If Hunch was not what you expected, request a refund through your Whop account within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund it. Renewal charges are refundable at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Your account

Your account is tied to the email you paid with. Keep access to that inbox: sign-in codes are sent there. Do not share your account.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or redistribute Hunch content, or attempt to interfere with the Service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunch is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service, including losses on any market. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
